Strategic Planning

Please note: this activity was originally scheduled for March 15 but has been rescheduled to April 19.

Please join us for a day of strategic planning. The event is open to anyone, whether you are familiar with our work or not. The more voices that come to be heard the more robust our efforts will be.

This event is intended to help us review everything that makes our group what it is. We want to look at our structure, how we make decisions, how we will embrace the future, what we need to change, and what we can do to make our efforts the best they can be.

We plan to review:

  • Structure and voting positions
  • Goals & objectives
  • The future
  • Committees
  • Funding allocations
  • Programs
  • Training

Additional resources associated with our current Strategic Planning processes:
