Exhibitor Information

  • All exhibitor booths are subject to review and approval. If your registration is rejected, you will receive a refund.
  • Exhibitors have sole responsibility for the storage of any and all items at their booths, whether during or outside of conference hours, including lost or stolen items.
  • No beverages or food are to be sold.
  • Any exhibitor vending goods at the event may be required to obtain a daily City Business License.
  • Exhibitors may set up their booths between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the day of the event and may elect to leave their booth items in place overnight at their own risk.
  • We will be hosting a documentary screening on the evening of Tuesday, October 8, and it is recommended that exhibitors be present at their booths for this event.
  • Exhibitors will not need to bring their own tables or chairs.
  • Additional exhibitor items, such as pipe & drape, carpet, and similar items, are available for rent directly through the Visalia Convention Center by calling (559) 713-4000.
  • Exhibitors may decorate and have signage for their organizations at their booths. 
  • Exhibitors must have a person staffing their booths during the event. 
  • LOSS Team Conference volunteers will be available throughout the event to assist exhibitors with needs or questions.

This is a link to the American Association of Suicidology's web store. Exhibitor registration for our conference may be purchased via this link and is $100. Event attendance registration is separate and must also be purchased if the person working an exhibitor booth intends to attend conference sessions. A $50 discount code for exhibitor attendance is available upon request.
